1. About ASIN Intelligence

ASIN Intelligence provides software tools intended to help Amazon sellers analyse seller information, prepare files, perform calculations and simplify marketplace workflows.

ASIN Intelligence is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by Amazon. Amazon and related names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing or using ASIN Intelligence, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

3. Your Amazon seller account

You remain responsible for your Amazon seller account, listings, prices, inventory, reports, uploads and actions taken through Seller Central.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ASIN Intelligence and anything you submit to Amazon complies with Amazon's current policies, requirements and seller agreements. Amazon may change its systems, file formats, policies, fees, APIs and requirements at any time.

4. Seller data and information

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information you provide, including product costs, VAT rates, Amazon fees, delivery charges, marketplace settings, pricing rules, country information and uploaded seller files.

Calculations and generated files depend on the information supplied by you. Incorrect or incomplete information may produce incorrect results.

5. Generated files, calculations and pricing tools

You must review all calculations, prices, reports and generated files before using them or uploading them to Amazon.

ASIN Intelligence is designed to assist sellers, but automated calculations and generated files may contain errors or may become incompatible following changes made by Amazon.

This includes minimum and maximum price calculations, handling-time updates, Country of Origin updates, marketplace scanning results and other seller-tool outputs. You decide whether to use any result and remain responsible for checking that it is suitable and accurate.

6. Pricing and financial information

Pricing calculations are tools to assist seller decision-making and are not financial, tax, accounting or legal advice.

VAT rates, Amazon fees, costs, shipping charges, profit targets, customs fees and other amounts may vary. You are responsible for entering the correct figures and reviewing resulting selling prices before applying them.

7. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. The applicable price and billing period will be displayed before payment. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions continue until cancelled.

You may cancel using the billing facilities made available through the service. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically create a refund for a period already paid, except where required by law. Subscription prices or plans may change, with appropriate notice where required.

8. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, gain unauthorised access to another person's account or data, upload malicious code, deliberately interfere with the service, bypass security or subscription controls, or copy or resell the service without permission.

10. Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep ASIN Intelligence available and working correctly, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may be updated, changed, suspended or withdrawn for maintenance, security, technical reasons, changes to Amazon's systems or continued development.

11. Third-party services

ASIN Intelligence may interact with or link to third-party services such as Amazon and payment providers. Those services are independently operated and subject to their own terms, policies and availability.

We are not responsible for decisions, suspensions, restrictions, outages, errors or changes made by Amazon or another third-party provider.

12. Intellectual property

The ASIN Intelligence website, software, branding, interface and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Your account or subscription gives you a limited right to use the service for its intended purpose and does not transfer ownership of the software.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASIN Intelligence and its owners will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including loss of profits, sales, business, opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill or data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss or problems caused by inaccurate user-supplied information, use of generated files or calculations without appropriate checking, pricing or listing changes, or actions, errors, restrictions, suspensions or decisions relating to an Amazon seller account or third-party service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, respond to security concerns, enforce these terms or comply with legal obligations. You may stop using the service at any time.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as the service develops or where legal, regulatory, security or third-party requirements change. The current version will be published on this page, and reasonable steps will be taken to highlight material changes where appropriate.

16. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom jurisdiction in which the service provider is established, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
